Chris completed his undergraduate degree with a B.A. in the General Program of Liberal Studies at the University of Notre Dame and received his law degree from Notre Dame Law School.
Since 1994 Chris has provided consulting services in a variety of areas. He leads strategic & business planning, implements organizational change & restructuring, coaches executives on personal & business issues, and works in an array of leadership & management consulting roles.
Chris is the President of Christopher Cipoletti PC, LLC. The firm provides strategic and business planning, organizational development, leadership and management training, executive coaching and resource development. The firm works with clients around the country with personalized programs meeting their needs.
From 2002-2007, Chris was Executive Director of a national organization with a staff of 35 employees and more than 200 active volunteers. He was responsible for a $6.5 million operating budget, $19 million investment assets, and over $100 million in tangible assets. Operational responsibilities included general administration, programs, sales and marketing, meetings/conventions, publications and membership. During his tenure, membership increased by more than 17% and net assets (excluding tangible assets) grew by over 28%.
Consulting with a variety of clients, Chris assists with a full spectrum of business planning and execution. He works with businesses, including medical practices, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and medium-sized businesses (generally $5MM to $50MM) putting structure in place to allow the free flow of ideas while assuring execution of developed plans.
Chris’ entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced by his work developing an organization’s vision and mission with the planning and execution to realize goals and objectives.
From 1986-2002, Chris was an attorney in private practice emphasizing representation of businesses, nonprofits, healthcare, education, and amateur sports organizations regarding their varying legal needs including general business, governance, ethics, employment and policy development. With his background, Chris brings a unique perspective to his practice, combining legal skills with his leadership and planning skills to benefit the organizations with which he works.
